Heads up , I've heard about this before but now the Chi coms are being imported en mass Under the EB5 visa any chinnese investor with 1 million or $500,000,.00 depending on what they invest in can come with family , get tax abatements and citizenship in 5 years. I bet that a certain cadre of the commie army are comming and setting up shop with better tax rules than for us [ using all those dollars they have stored up.. The EB5 visa is also why all the fast food / convenience stores are mostly mosluim. They pay no taxes for five years and then "sell" the store to a fresh relative and the five year no tax starts all over again. How can americans compete with these special groups?? Why bring people here to work when we don't have jobs for our own people? They only have to provide FIVE or ten jobs but the employees don't even have to be american citizens to get the benifits.
This is being done by our "leaders" with our $$$ and they are activly recrutting them!!!

To be clear I welcome hard working folks ffrom abroad if they are playing by the rules , however I was speaking of the largwe numbers of suddenly wealthy chineese showing up and alot being active duty Chi com military. Let's take this in some form of order:

EB5 Investor Program has been around for almost 2 decades. Big deal. $500K investment in certain approved industries & areas with 10 jobs created. Jobs that have to have income tax & SS paid on them that these folks then go out & buy other stuff with which increases the tax base. So there is a deferred tax advantage to it? Fuckin' A right there should be as you name me ONE major company or sports team that proposes a move to a new town or building or sticks up a new stadium that DOESN'T get a fugging huge tax break?? Nah, didn't think anyone could. So why is the small investor who creates jobs not entitled to get the same kind of breaks?

Anyone who has ever started their own business knows that it can be a PITA to do so & you often get swamped under all the regs you have to follow. So some folks with a few bucks get to come here & create jobs & get a green card out of it, so what? It's better than folks coming over the Mexican border with nothing or with criminal intent on their minds.

Know why Asians, Indians, Pakistanis & other immigrants do so well in the US? Firstly they have an incredible work ethic that means that they will have stores open when lazy Americans won't. They'll work hours that lazy Americans won't. They'll club all their savings together to take risks as a family that lazy Americans won't because they believe in a better life & future for themselves. Their communities will lend money to each other outside of traditional financing so they can all make money but Americans won't. Basically, immigrants don't take what America has to offer lightly nor for granted. Instead of bitching about what is wrong with the place, they get on & make something of it & themselves. Jealousy is such a terrible thing & bigotry, intolerance & ignorance are even worse.
Jealousy, bigotry, intolerance, ignorance, lust and the constant need for life sustaining nourishment are all human conditions every man must deal with, they are part of our nature as we are created, Americans have one code to deal with the human condition and others have their own proprietary codes unique to their perceived needs.
In my opinion we were given those traits for judicious use in maintaining our species, without them to some degree we would not exist in our present state.
I offer this arguable opinion because I have nothing better to do and I can't stand not to be well thought of,, both also a human failings if carried to extremes.
