Judge grants injuction against Ariz. immigration law (http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/nation/7128638.html)

Not entirely unexpected, but a little disheartening.

Legislating from the bench.

It'll go to the streets.

That's what they want.

Bring it.

That all ya'll got?

This is a travesty of justice . . .

I would reckon the Judge did as her legal education demands.
And she likes to be invited to all the judge parties.
Dis-robing a judge is not always fun unless you both have had a few.
There may be some validity in finding Arizonia lawmen cannot be compelled to enforce federal law, but conversly how can they be deprived of it? That smacks of equal under the law discrimination interpretations.
Sherrifs who are asking for identification now cannot have that legal question compromised for social engineering,, they should just keep on keepin' on and ask away and when they discover a criminal presence the arrest should be forewith, pronto and sooner than later.

A thought occurred to me, what if many of these are revolving door wetbacks, caught and thrown back, caught and thrown back repeatedly?
This judge by her decision has made worse and protracted a public peril caused for political empowerment.
Her regard for any immigrant legal or illegal supersedes that for the majority of Americans and does not serve their wishes,,, we can just make do with a less secure and more permissive environment.
