I will say this again, he both wants and NEEDS a 9/11 scenario. He want to break a few eggs, as the ends justifies the means. There can be no other reason, the Iranian embassy in Mexico City has the staffing of a major corporation. There is a reason, and it is being totally ignored on purpose. The Russian spy debacle was an almost comic distraction. Just my two cents.

Black Jack Pershing was sent on a punitive expedition to restore order along the border which necessitated a incursion of Mexico with lots of dust-ups but nothing decisive,,,, the Mexicans eventually got the idea,,, Obama ought to be able to find a reasonable facsimile of Black Jack (maybe a Black Panther) to sort this mess out and appear to be a bad go getter and a mean mother molester.
