INKSTER, Mich. — An Inkster homeowner fatally shot a man who police said broke into his home overnight Sunday.

The incident began around 1:20 a.m. when the homeowner said he was confronted by two men inside of his home on the 29000 block of Parkwood Street.

The homeowner, who does not want his identity revealed, told police that he was woken up by the men, and one of the robbers was armed.

Is it unusual to kill burglars in Michigan. They kill one or more a week here
in Houston. Last week a Constable's son got a Black guy at 3:00 in the
afternoon after the two kicked in a window. The guy lived but suffered
being shot in the face and legs with an AR15. There are others too numerous
to recount, it's almost a sport here. Joe Horn nailed two Columbian gang
members who had robbed his next door neighbors with some OO Buck
both died, they didn't know he was a world class bird hunter.

I heard the teenager here in Houston shot the guy with a shotgun. Doesn't matter, he shot the punk.

That happened not too far from my home. I sent my wife a link to the news story. She knows how to run my civvie Colt M4 that sits by my nightstand, so I'm pretty sure she'd be ok if someone tried to come in on her during the day.
