After expenses, I am sure there isn't a whole lot of money left for any discretionary spending.

Someone tell me how taking money from people who have jobs and giving it to people who don't have a job is a job creator. Sounds like a wash to me. $100 from A going to B does not create a job. It merely moves the dollars around.
