I found this today.
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/06/30/justice-dept-lawyer-accuses-holder-dropping-new-black-panther-case-political/?test=latestnews

This is what I expected. I have never heard of a case being dismissed because the defendants wouldn't respond to the charges, which is what they said happened it this case.

Ahhhh yes.
That was big news for awhile and then Holder just happened to move on to bigger things.
The current "Administration" is more crooked and self serving than any in history.
I thought about wearing a sheet (no hood) and holding a tire iron to the polls.....you know, just open the door for ladies and the such.
Wonder how that would turn out.

Apparently it should turn out well. You might even get some tips out of it.

That would be like buying a van, painting ICE on the side and parking it in front of polling places around Los Angeles.

Maybe concerned citizens should video polling places during hours of operation to monitor voter fraud. I think hidden cameras at entrances would work. I would like to see that, it could be done. Tiny wireless camera feeding to a laptop in a car recording. It would certainly provide evidence of situations of voter intimidation like the black panzies demonstrated.

It seems voter fraud was an issue during the last election, we should expect it to be worse this November!

This is another example of just how corrupt this entire obama administation is...

I do wonder how much longer the American people are going to allow these morons to run rough-shod over the Constitution and the traditions of this once great nation.....

What will be the final straw ????

Said another way, what next? 'cause we aren't anywhere near out of the woods yet. There will be more things that crop up. I expect a monetary link between BP, PetroBrazil and Barry, other than what is in the news. Will probably have something to do with Cap & Trade, or whatever they are calling it today. Just a guess though.

The boring perfunctionary voting I have done for nearly 60 years could be made more interesting by such a presence at my polling place.
Not many Black Panthers around my place and there is a reason.

I found this shortly after I wrote the last entry. I don't like Alex Jones and carefully sift what he says. He has a guest, Dr John Coleman, who echos my Gulf oil situation, although not as deeply as I think it is. He does think it's contrived and goes into that. I would be very upset to learn that the Deepwater Horizon was destroyed and the Gulf polluted on purpose, for anything. It does account for the total lack of action on the gubmint's part, but it's hard to separate stupid inefficeny from a deliberate act or ommission. Sometimes.

Barry, a one of a kind guy. Thank GOD.

Sorry, I forgot something....

And these are the people who say the Tea Partiers are racist. Yes, this, and HOlder, are both examples of what is wrong with this country.

The Justice Department only wants to "prosecute to win" cases flash enuff to promote the admin's policies. This case would have been a smear on themselves... a "tar-baby" of a case; sticking to them and all about.

If it won't make them look good; they won't proceed.
They *may* have learned something from the Waco conflagration. Better to have the lid handy when ya open a can of worms! I believe they didn't have the spine, taste nor budget to (try to) snuff out the racist "nation of islam" folks. Just wouldn't look good to "ethnically cleanse" 80 percent of our inner cities! ;)

Get a bigger lid!

cpd109, in my opinion, this blown-up rig is no accident. Just days before it happened, Obummer lifted the ban on offshore drilling, even though it went against his will. Now he has the perfect reason to reinstate the ban, give the rig owners every reason to go to Brazil, and build support for cap-n-tax. What's not to like? This disaster needs to be as big and bad as possible for maximum effect, thus the long delay, legal hassels, ect. ect. Not only that, but now BP ponies up a whole new democrate slush fund. Just a thought.

I agree there is smoke there, more than you said. Barry had been whaa-whaaing the 'deep' drilling at 5K ft of water, but Brazil, who he has or will loan $2B of US money to drill at 14K ft is OK? Beck also pointed out that Soros is neck deep in this and has bought $900M of stock (or loaned it to them). Soros' staff ran Barry's election group but I don't remember which one it is. Basically there are a lot of tenacles holding these guys together. Plus this kind of theory also accounts for his worse than usual response in the face of a really serious emergency as you brought up.

Hmmm. Emergency. Sort of says get your a$$ off the golf course, doesn't it? Crisis says the same sort of thing. (Sorry, I'm from the Gulf coast and this is hitting pretty close to home. Used to sail my Catalina in Pensacola Bay and other local waters.)

cpd109, sorry to hear this is hitting close to home for you. To me, this whole damn thing stinks, and if come to find out is was intentional, the guilty party needs to hang. Soros is involved somehow, and that can't be good for anyone.

Thanks for the thought. I no longer live that close but the beaches will alway be in my memory.
The last summer I had my SAIL boat in Pensacola, my wife and I sailed (and anchored) for 4 days in the area, going ashore once for ice (I hate hot beer). Near the NAS is a channel to the west of the main channel to the gulf and it has (or had) a southerly channel. We decided to go that way and were overtaken by a group of dolphins that appeared to be curious about us. It was really funny with my wife yelling not to hit the dolphins with the sailboat, as if I could do that even if I wanted to. Since they were all of 8-10 feet from us we could see that several of them were young to very young. That is a part of me now too and is priceless. I feel worse for the folks that are still near the seashore but consider myself lucky to have had that experince.

Here is a panther update (DOJ has some 'splainin' to do

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2010/07/07/civil-rights-panel-renew-subpoenas-pursue-federal-probe-black-panther-case/

Thank you Mr Adams for doing the right thing.

what the fug is "reverse racism" ? was the word intended to apply only to minorities ? what i get from this is that the DOJ intentionally charged 'The New Black Panther Party' knowing the case would fail for lack of evidence it had orchestrated the incident. the fukwad with the stick got a slap on the wrist and is mearly prohibited from displaying his talents at that particular Philly polling place. with this in mind i would like to invite him to the 'Old West End School' in North Carolina on election day this November. i so love a party.

If they try that here, somebody come bail me out of jail, would ya? I promise you, this is NOT what I wore the uniform to support and if they pull that crap in my precinct I'm going to open the polling place with a shotgun. If the government fails to defend our rights it does NOT mean our rights go away. That would make them privileges supplied by the government instead of rights of free citizens. I'll take my chances with a jury of my peers on THAT one!

None the less, I don't want to wait in jail till they get around to scheduling that jury of my peers, so somebody come bail me out! :]

Obama has opened the doors of government to every America hating radical group and individual that wants in. Doors that were previously closed are now held open by Obama lackeys.
Witness who are in appointed positions; who has access to the WH and Obama.
Could it be any plainer that Obama was sent to engineer the tearing down of America?
The told me that if I voted for McCain we'd have a government populated by America hating radicals, communists, redistributionists, pedophiles. And they were right.

"It doesn't get any easier than this," he said. "If this doesn't constitute voter intimidation, nothing will."

Only tribals can be intimidated

just as only whites are racist

After hearing the Black Panthers lawyer on several interviews I must conclude he is a lying son of a bitch.

That is one hell of a report!
Apparently no one's going to let this slide.

BTW: What's this "New" Black Panther shit?

Is that supposed to make these racist assholes more acceptable.

Kind of like "undocumented residents"?
