South African, the RA number is a dead giveaway.
Take that back, the electro penciled ones where most likely Rhodesian, who got them from who knows where, including Germany, Argentina and South Africa. The SADF ones had a stamped RA (and probably some others) number.

Looks to be a typical Rhodie, probably SA lower. Limiter pin is gone so semi selector goes FA. Type II, serial probably under the lock lever. Hard to tell for certain, looks like a beveled trigger guard too. It's at $145 now, same thing is currently available through Sarco for less.

hagar, SA never used an RA number, that's all Rhodesia. SA used a stamped (vs. hand stencil rotary engraved) ZA number.

RA
Rhodesian Army - (now Zimbabwe)
(Usually hand stencil rotary engraved, or letter stamped) eg: RA588
Ownership

1979
No telling where this one was originally made, without better pics. It looks like there might be a serial number just over the lock lever, but I can't tell for sure.
That appears to be an SA long stock.
As nwobhm says, I'd go for the SARCO.

Shows a serial number above lock lever (look closely). S.A. did double stamp their receivers during change of locking lever type.... as nwobh states, there may be a serial number under the lever (original location) Hard to tell the origin without observing internal lightening cuts.
Looks pretty good for an RA/ZA lower. Finish is nice. No major dings. High edges of metal is crisp. It is hard to tell, but the recoil plate "appears" to be nice in pic #4. Rear sight looks good and the screws are not boogered. The ZA serial numbers are not too heavy (if you want to blast out or put an RA serial number over it). Cool stock too, if you goal is a vintage build.
Semi selector switch is a plus. Installing a new limit pin isn't a big deal... doubt you would get one on a Sarco lower.
There are some real dogs out there. Buying one from Sarco would be a crapshoot. If the buyer has the capacity to replace the limiter pin (or want to farm out to gunsmith who can), this lower looks respectable. I'd choose it before playing the Sarco lottery.
