A member here did a build of an early Israeli FALO (Model 1A Makleon). As I remember, it featured the Type-A lower and the T48E1 style handguards, which should be correct. Do a search, I bet you'll find it. If not, I have pics saved somewhere.

The rifle looks beautiful. It reminds me of my original Israeli Model A parts kit that I sold a couple of years ago when I was unemployed. Took me forever to find the correct parts from Spiral Fab, EX1, John Hudgens, etc.

I believe I sold it for $2100 but that would would never even come close to paying for those parts again.

I wish WEG hadn't blown up the Marketplace as I used to check out pics of that kit from time to time.

Thanks raexcct2!

Yeah, I know what you mean. This one came from the marketplace through EX1 as a kit and all of the parts were packaged and provided by John Hudgens. So, good eye!!

Hey raexcct2,

Here's your kit assembled...my friend Jim DeArmond bought it from you off of GB and he assembled it...it looks GREAT!!! See picture No. 2. He did swap out the Birch pistol grip for the one shown. By the way Jim re-shaped and re-finished my Birch pistol grip...shown above. He did a FANTASTIC job!!!
