For sale on Gunbroker is a complete IZZY HB Flip up swivel Butt Plate Assembly for the HB Buttstock. This is an unissued, still in cosmoline, part manufactured by IMI. As you can see, it has manufacturer markings and stock numbers. This item was removed from the original packaging just for the photo.
