DSA email estimated return time?

Hi DSA rep,

What is the return time for a technical email sent via DSA's "contact us" page? A few weeks ago, I sent a question regarding ejector block pins on my DSA type 1, but I haven't received a reply (or any confirmation that DSA has even received my email). Thanks.
