no orders?

I've been waiting for months for a pistol grip thats been on back order, and when I check my order history on DSA it says I have no orders, so I guess they just dropped my order?

no, their system cleared out your order. this has been discussed elsewhere in this forum.

your order should still be in the system. My orders also got cleared out, but one of the parts on back order recently shipped. now all I need is the lower receiver...

That is correct, they apparently clear after a period of time. This does not mean your order is canceled however.
