Is there any way you guys can add my order number that I placed over the phone to my online account so I can check it's status without calling you? I tried calling the other day to see if there was a status on an order I placed in January, and the person I talked to on the phone was very flippant and would not check it for me. He had a very "I don't care" attitude about him, very unpleasant. I know you guys are busy, but I've never been treated that way by a vendor before.
