Converting Type 3 Metric to Inch Receiver

Other than the obvious Lightning cuts on an Inch receiver, and the difference in the mag well. Are there any other differences between an Inch and a metric receiver.
Are there prints available that I can obtain to make the various cuts to print?

Charging handle cuts are different.

Top rear of receiver cut for inch top cover. Mag cut for inch mags. Cocking handle slot cut for folding cocking handle.

Bolt hold open is not the same size either. The metric one is smaller than inch.

So actually I would gain the bolt hold open abilities of the Metric?

So are Machinist prints available for this conversion?
