inch pattern rifle grenade launcher questions

hello, I have a question on identifying this rifle grenade launcher attachment for the INCH pattern FAL. has the 100 meter flip up sight, marking on the push button assembly housing is "CAS 6", Part number or Contract number (left rear side of launcher) is :"D 62 9600263"

There is also an arrow mark near the front right of the muzzle.

Can anyone tell me who made it? How rare are these launchers or what is it worth?

If you look closely the D is actually an E inside a D. Which stand for EnfielD.
