WTK: Tall AR-15 aperture for Inch rifle???

Does anyone make an AR-15 aperture for a metric para rear sight, that's taller for use on an Inch rifle?
I have a couple of metric para rear sights and would like to put one on my Inch rifle. Before I make one, does anyone make a taller aperture?
Does anyone know the height difference off hand?

Someone here on the files made arun of them a couple years ago.
The mount was taller, to correct for the height and the aperatures were standard.

FN G series 0.425"
Indian 0.55"
Israeli 0.55
L1A1 0.70"
