I built a couple of FALs several years ago and got a bunch of stuff extra along the way as we often do. Now the question is what to do with the extra stuff now that I moved on and will not build others?

I have a wood and plastic butt stock, a couple barrels, a lower, an Israeli hand guard set, L1A1 flash guards, after market muzzle breaks, and various other parts, springs, etc (which is probably a complete G-1 kit just thrown in a box?), etc. Since I obviously don't know this stuff well, how best to move it? Put it all in a big lot with good photos and list on Gunbroker, or separate it into.......well some kind of groups and sell there or? List here? I obviously want to get fair value and am just trying to figure how best to do that. You tell me.

Big lot = easy sell, lower return

Bit by bit = lots of time, effort shipping and packing, more money potential.

Do a little reasearch and figure out the best you can what they are and list them here, Gunbroker or eBay. If you want to send some pics to some of the more knowledgable members. I'm sure they'd give you a good ID. Value, however, is entirely up to you. If you think you are be too modest with the pricing list them on an auction instead of a general listing.

I might be interested in some of those parts as well as others. Etiquette would dictate that you list on Market Place for transactions, current rules say you must be a contributer to do so.

Take very good photos.

Post the pics to photobucket and display them here.

Its a veritable "Where's Waldo Fest" with that sort of thing here.

I would expect all parts to be described for you in excruciating detail in under 24 hours, if not under 24 minutes.

I'm surprised EX1 or L/FN and a few others haven't already shown up with detailed descriptions aquired through ESP. I'm sure they'll wait for the pics to be posted before they chime in so noone gets uncomfortable.
