Any good Schofield replicas out there? I have been watching too many westerns as of late and am really hankering for a good cowboy action wheelgun. Who are the biggest players in the cowboy action industry?

Uberti is making all of the replica's (except the S&W) and then the other 'makers' are putting their distinctive touches on them.

The Uberti's are good, the Cimmarrons are slightly better looking in my opinion. The Navy Arms are decent looking but no better than the standard Uberti marked models.

If you want the "Best" copy, find one of S&W's own copies. It's missing the hammer mounted firing pin but it's a real S&W. Mind your wallet, they're expensive!

I just bought a Cimmaron SAA and the price was reasonable.....well, reasonable compared to a Colt.
