Don't think they ever existed. Use a metric US Falcon follower with a metric spring in the inch mag. Many people say they work just as good as an original inch.

Thanks for the reply...I do have a bunch of spare metric mag springs.
I'll look on Falcons web site to see if they have metric US followers.

They were made at one time by Falcon Arms, I think. I have some but I don't remember for sure where I got them. No markings on them other than MADE IN THE USA. I use Falcon US metric followers in the Inch mag with no problems.

Back in the day, I got a box of brand new Inch mag springs from Tapco, $10 for 10 springs. Did I mention the brand new Inch mag bodies I got for $2 each? I'm probably just making you mad so I'll shut up now.

I have none to offer for sale but they were available at one time so someone may have some spares.

Speaking of prices gone bye,bye...I found an old Tapco catalog from 6 or 7 yrs ago.
Sure wish I'd bought a lot more parts and ammo than I did.
Oh well.

regards,
Jeff
