logging in

I'm using the U Maine library computer(s)
and have extreme difficulty logging in.
The log in is accepted, but when the board
returns, it shows i'm not logged in.
takes
about 20mtries on several computers before
acceptance is returned. FYI.

This is caused by the browsers on the computers you are using NOT accepting cookies or not having javascript enabled.

You can change these properties in the tools -> internet options menu in the Security tab -> Custom Level (to allow javascript and cookies on l1a1.com). You sometimes need to look up and allow cookies or javascript from tools -> internet options -> advanced.

Odds are you're finding a computer eventually that already has these settings correct, if so either use that computer or make sure the computer you are on is at the very least accepting cookies and allowing javascript.
