You can not post an html page as an image because it isn't an image, it's a html page containing test, images etc.

If you want to post an image you need the full url to the image itself. In other words the url for your image should look something like this: http://somehost.com/image.gif or http://somehost.com/image.jpg

gif and jpg are the most commonly supported web based image file formats. If your url ends in .html it will not display as an image but if it ends in .gif or .jpg it should show up fine.
