Namibian Stocks?

Been thinking about getting one of the G3 clones and some Namibian furniture and was wondering....

Any of you guys have Namibian stocks on one? Is it comfortable? Feel like a FAL? Input? Pics?

they are a whole lot better than the originals, there is a thread here that has several pictures

edited to add: i followed gunplumbers recommendation and put a SA butt pad and the LOP is a whole lot better than with the original recoil pad

They pop up for sale from time to time. I have not seen any recently....

They look cool, but they have a long length of pull. I had one on my HK91, and never could get used to it; but I'm only 5'9".

A buddy of mine has a couple of sets and doesn't own a G3/HK91 anymore. Gonna buy a set from him.

I was wondering about the length. I'm 6'3" so it shouldn't be a problem.

They're also very heavy. Just the bare stock is easily twice as heavy as, say a bare Imbel butt stock.
And they are probably three times as heavy as a bare stock HK G3 butt stock.
