I just got a DSA SA58C with the brake milled into the barrel itself. I want to have the brake turned down and cut, and have a Belgium FS permanently installed to keep it legal length.
I also want the Para Top Cover Nose Recess cut into the receiver and the mods for a folding charging handle.
Who's currently the go-to guy for this stuff?

Derek over at AZEX is great with all FAL Mods/stuff. Here's his web site:

Tell him Jeff S sent you....you will be very happy with the results!

the integral muzzlethingy milled into the barrel might be how they got around a compliance part? check into that before you proceed?
Don't know if you are the original owner, but it could be a state thing too?
as for the para nose, the para topcover requires a matching bolt carrier and recoil spring assy, not really an advantage unless you are going to a folding stock?

The brake is just DSA's method of ban compliance, no doubt it is permanently installed in BATFE's eyes. Plus it keeps it over minimum legal length.
The barrel has to be pulled to cut/thread, so might as well go for the other mods, too.

Use a 21" barrel like the origional Rhodie Para's had. Also mod the rear sight mount to accept the adjustable rear sight.
