M1 bayo pricecheck?

Just grabbed one from a garage sale for 20 bucks. Buddy of mine has an M1 and he wants it so I bought it for him, it looks to be at least korea vintage. There are no ID marks on it anywhere, just an underlined "19" in white paint on the end of the pommel. Olive drab scabbard, no markings on it either. I reckon it don't hardly matter to me if it was a ripoff, just curious as to the going price on this sort of thing...
I picked up a hardcopy of "Military small arms, 300 years of soldiers' firearms" for 2 bucks at the same sale, it oughtta be a fine read.

We finally did find markings on the front side of the guardand scabbard, unfortunately I can't remember what they are as the bayonet is now in the happy new owners' mitts. We looked it up and it's a korea war issue. A good buy, in any case... we saw them on ebay for 80 bucks or more.
