This came to me from my FFL and he does not dwell on conspriacies:

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in our products. The Russian factory has been retooling for the past several months. We are currently 3-4 shipments behind. Our distributors are out of everything. Our shipments will start to arrive in late May or early June. At that point we will start receiving Saigas in a timely manner. So we will get caught up, or try to.. The supply will get better by mid summer. I have extra shotguns ordered.
The distributors have a lot of back orders for the 12 gauge. We are still importing, but the supply is delayed due to the retooling.

Will be interesting to see if the prices come down......maybe I will have to tell my dad to buy one in AZ so I can 'fondle it' til I move out of PRK and then he can transfer it to me at some point. I figure this will be the last chance to get another before the demoncrats maybe take over....

Also read/ heard Center-fire has a 900 person wait list, and anticipates only 90 guns per month at best for this year.
