One of the small gun shops in the area has several cases of m77 ball the markings on the case are un0012 1.45, ANCLHz8, CAVIM. Oct 1988. It has Mexican import stamps on the case and it is a banded carboard box. The price is a little steep but it appears to be nice and clean. Any advice as to the quality of this ammo. Thanks iizzie

I have some of this stamped '92 and while it shoots ok in my FAL, it is not very clean. I have heard that the sealer used around the bullet is death to fluted chamber rifles such as HK's. As for the high price, this ammo usually sells well under 150$ per K. My two cases cost 115$ each. I'd do some research here for better ammo at better prices!
