I saw quite a few FALs in Iraq but most were in really poor condition.

we captured a few. i had a new para for 9 months. theres an ass load of them in dahuk.

I knew that Iraq had used an FAL rifle at one time, but I was unsure if it was the FAL or the L1A1. The FAL would make more sense.

they were kuwaiti capture, new in the crate. there were a bunch of G3's in 55gal drums also.

What happens? Does he shoot it while waving it around, and jabbing it in the direction he's firing in, thinking aiming is for wussies? I've seen that on some video of some middle easterners with AKs...
