I went to the range today with my M444, some RG-88, and one box of MEN-86 that I dug out of the box. I don't know where I got it but gave it a try. My M444 loved it. It functioned great at setting 5, with one group of 1" at 100 yds, with the rest between 1-1.5". What is this stuff? Who made it and does anyone know if any of it is still around? It shot very clean. The shooting was off a bench with one sandbag supporting the rear of the handguard, and using an ACOG sight.

The RG shot dirtier, needed a 4 to function, and groups opened to between 1.5 to 1.75" at 100.

Any info would be appreciated. My experiences of course.

Thanks Ron. I sure wish I had about 5000 rds of it since my rifle sure likes it.
