How do I fix my Garand? The clip is ejecting after the 6th or 7th round. Everything else functions fine.

First thing to try would be a new, heavy-duty, clip latch spring. Fulton sells them for $5.

also check that the stock keeps the pin from moving.

Also check that the follower rod for the op rod spring is not bent, worn, or damaged, and that the rivets in the stirrup are not loose. Damage or wear here can cause the clip release to trigger early.

No, there are a lotta hotties at the baseball games.
I think about small engine repair. Concentration on freeing rusted exhaust manifold bolts seems to be especially effective. Thinking about a snapped, rusted-in-place, bolt is the gold standard.
