Mine works fine. A little varnish on the face of the bolt, but it brushes right off.

About a year ago I bought an almost new AR10 (only about 50rds fired through it and it was an extemely good price). A local physican had ordered two of them and after firing both he kept what he considered to be the best one. The dealer where I bought the gun gave me several boxes of this stuff.
In the AR10 I was lucky to get more than 10rds fired before I had to clean the chamber because of lacquer buildup which resulted in extraction/ejection failures. I have not tried it since then. However, I have noticed that in other types of .308 rifles many people us it.

Shot 200 rounds or so at the last GA FAL get-together w/ NO problems.
It has a rep for dirtiness: I have noticed more 'soft' fouling, but nothing else.

I've fired a fair amount of Cavim and have had no problems. It may be a little dirtier than some others, but it functions well and is relatively accurate.

avoid at all costs. It is very erratic. I can feel the difference in recoil between differrent rounds in same box. Very dirty, often won't cycle. Had no catestrophic failures but why shoot ammo from any country that still shits in their drinking water?

I bought a case many years ago.
It is sure fire, but not accurate.
It is reloadable.
Maybe that is why I am such a poor shot http://www.fnfal.com/forums/smile.gif
