Picked this one up at Del Mar gunshow, vendor said it was Izzy but dont think so. There were 2 or so of these chargers mixed in with Izzy marked chargers. Finish is a smooth black satiny parkerizing, has a serial 22881 and a larger 5 stamped on opposite sides of the rear spine. Is metric and fits M14 clips fine. Overall very nice workmanship.
