I need help IDing some suplus ammo, that I bought a few years ago.The cartridges are brass cased and Bedan primed. It is packed in blue-green boxes marked:

The headstamp is:
308W

There is red sealant around the primer.
Can anyone ID it? I'd like to know if it is corrosive.
