Seller is blasting the BHP and refinishing the slide in the black DuraCoat and the frame in the Silver DuraCoat. Barrell, internals, and grip are in great shape. This Belgium BHP, taken apart, refinished in a two tone, re-assembled for $350 is a great deal. I know, 'cuz I bought it :D
The previous owner is a friend of mine and always has great deals. I bought 4 of his Argentine Ballester Molina 45's, that are in great used military shape, for about half the GunBroker asking pricing. I could on but if you see him selling something, you better check it out because it probably won't be ther long.

I am curious about the hole in the left side of the slide, opposite the extractor.
What is the purpose of it?

That is the hole that holds the pin for the transfer bar. The transfer bar is the piece that trips the sear when the trigger is pulled.
