I've been using Cavim lately and have no problem with it, it is better than some ammo I have used. The only comment that I have is that it leaves some powder granules in the barrel. I would buy more.
Bubba.
I've fired about 500 rounds of it and haven't had any problems. It's supposed to be real dirty, HK's and others with fluted chambers can't shoot it. I'll probably get more of it.

so far I have used cavim(not alot of rounds), but what I have shot, it has shot good, out of a vs308 rem, believe it or not 1/2 groups,m1-a 2inchs, maybe a fluke, have no complaints here, now I just got to find more of it,,,,,

Found a pretty good price here if Cavim is decent stuff. Think it was $140/1000 for boxer primed:

If any of you folks don't reload I'd pay the postage for your cases if that's enough. I'm "thrifty" but I can't find enough .308 brass at the range. Most folks show up with 30.06. I haven't loaded any but they clean up well and need quite a bit of trimming as the cases aren't as thick as LC. That goes for any boxer primed brass plus .45 acp as well. Hey, you've got to clean up the range anyway. Thanks. http://www.fnfal.com/forums/biggrin.gif
I guess I'd better ID my mail here, gashooter@yahoo.com

I picked up 1000 rnd at a gun show here in Vegas this weekend for $120.00. Everyone else was selling it for $175/case. The guy brought in 15 cases and sold it all in 2 hours.
