hert ammo price

i found some hert ammo in battle packs, price is 50.00 a pack is it really worth that much ?

It was selling for 40 per battle pack at Dallas Market Hall Gun Show this past weekend and I thought that was high! :eek:

I think if this last awhile those may be good prices. try reloading as that may soon be the only way to cut cost . but reloding supplies are also going fast and may be even harder to replace in the coming months. good luck

Aim Surplus used to sell it for $169/M, plus shipping. That was a year and a half ago. At $50/ pack times five, that's about $50 more than it cost me, delivered. But if you consider the cost and time the money was invested in it, maybe it's reasonable, considering you're not buying by the case? Dunno.

What really matters is what it's worth to you, right now, not someone else, not "book value" and not what it was worth a year ago or a month ago. A year from now you may look at it as the smartest buy you've ever made; who knows?
