I realize that there is a lot of surplus ammo out there, but does anyone have a favorite reload for the FAL?

I've had good luck with 147 gr FMJ with a moderate charge of IMR4064 (semi-auto's work well with moderate loads), CCI Primer and LC cases. I know it probably cost more to reload than purchase surpus, however I just like to reload. Good shooting. :)
