HD & H1 identity (Singapore)

Just received some 7.62x51 military ball ammunition marked with an 'HD' or 'H1' at 12:00 and '7.62' at 6:00, no NATO cross, no other markings. http://members.home.net/cstein0/uscenter.htm doesn't seem to have this one listed. Can anyone help?
