I have made a previous INCORRECT post regarding Entreprise rifle US parts count. I apologize, as this could lead some of you to unintentionally violate Federal regulations concerning post-ban parts counts.

Here is the extract direct from the Entreprise web-site:

What parts in the STG58C rifle are US manufactured?
Answer:
The following parts in the Entreprise Arms STG58C rifle are US made:

Receiver
Semi auto ejector block
Hammer
Sear
Gas piston
Muzzle brake
Magazine Floorplate & Follower

**********

NOTE: the ejector block is NOT a qualified part. Below you'll find GunPlumber's notes, which state an interpretation of the applicable regulation.

**********
From GP:
To be compliant, you cannot use a flash suppressor, so consider the following combinations

This combination is for building a metric rifle and allows use of an imported magazine.

US receiver
US muzzle brake
US gas piston
US pistol grip
US trigger
US hammer
US sear

This combination is for building a metric rifle and is least expensive.

US receiver
US muzzle brake
US gas piston
US pistol grip
US trigger OR US hammer OR US sear
US magazine floorplate
US magazine follower

**********

**Ergo: Entreprise's rifles MUST use the US-made magazine floorplate and follower, OR YOU MUST add additional US parts such as:

US-made trigger
US-made pistol grip

before you can use a metric magazine in it's complete form.

My SINCERE apology for misleading anyone. Please ensure your rifle complies w/ these regulations.

I sent Lawrence a note asking when he might increase the parts count.

Lawrence indicates that as soon as facilities and machine tool time become available, he'll increase US-made parts count to allow use of Metric magazines. More to follow!
