Interesting scopemount

This interesting scope-mount came with the SAR48 I purchased a few years back. The setup works well.

The rifle is a California native. I purchased it from a nice gentleman right before the California assault weapons registration fiasco.

Thats one of those "weird" funky OEM scopemounts. They suck. I will be a pal and buy it from you for $80.00 Cash. I know...I know... thats a lot of money. But im feeling generous today. Let me know where to send the money order.

I would love to purchase a Hensold scope and restore the mount to it's original config. Hell I can't complain, the seller tossed it in the deal for free :D :D :D

I have one with the original Hendoldt 4x scope, and I have an original "Para" STANAG mount too.

To me, they're the only way to go as they don't mar your receiver by "Clamping" on.

I can't wait for the Williams aluminum mounts that slide on the dust cover rails!
