Took a couple of attempts but I got it figured out.
This is the unfired Poyer I found last week.
This can get addicting!!!

Very nice Cliff, I wish I could afford one for the collection http://www.fnfal.com/forums/frown.gif

It's great to see one in the wrap, what's in the various packets? Does it come with a bayonet? ....... it looks like a sling and magazine in the clear bubble wrap?

There was no bayonet.
The small plastic package is the magazine and sling.
The paper wrapped packages are spare bolts. Not sure why they were included.
Wish I could shoot it...... http://www.fnfal.com/forums/smile.gif

Not really, Dave. I bought the rifle with the extra bolts from Cliff.

I know you don't need to hear it from me Cliff, but this is very, VERY cool!

I always say I'll never own a Car I can't drive, a motorcycle I can't ride, or a gun I can't shoot, but I'll admit, I wouldn't shoot this one!

Seeing a rifle like yours, (and lots of the FALs NZ Kevin posts) are some of the main reasons I love this site.

I feel the same way. Every day I wanted to shoot it. I knew that if I kept it I would be opening the package and shooting it, so, with mixed emotions I sold it to Brian in MN.
I know it went to a good home.. http://www.fnfal.com/forums/smile.gif

No response on the bolts yet. Those poor rifles are out there somewhere.

Mr.Poyer's rifle is snuggled up in its plastic bag between a G and an Eden Import L1A1A inside a big steel closet. Both the Eden and the G get dirty once in a while.
