In latest copy of SGN, they have ammo crates at a decent price so I ordered 5 on-line Sunday. They claim to call for shipping quote so when I did on mon., shipping was $35. Tried to cancel order but was already shiped. Do not know what to do now. They said if I refuse it they will still charge me shipping. Any sugestions? Would not recomend them!

Sam I Am, I don't know what to tell you on this one. I've only dealt with them once, about two months ago, and the service was excellent.
Then again, I did it by phone vice online. Can't believe they didn't even send an email with the shipping quote before they shipped (assuming that's what you wanted).
Suggestions, anyone?
Refuse and dispute any charges directly to your CC company.Call the CC company immediately to find out proper procedure and follow promptly. You only have so much time to do so( I'm thinking 90 days but could be as little as 30)
I agree about J&G...I bought an SKS that was supposed to be VG,stock was beat to shit, far from VG.....I don't do business with them any longer.

My only experience with J&G was negative. I ordered a case of Russian 22 ammo a few years back and they refused to honor their
advertised price - raised the price about $20. Never done any business with them since - there prices are rather high on most things.

They will not respond to any e-mail due to heavy volume. As for my cc company, I called and was told to file a complaint which I intend on doing. However, do I reject the package when the bbt arrives. I was told if I do that, I still have to pay shipping charges, which is why I canceled in the first place. Or do I get a return autherization and pay a restocking fee. I think either way I am *^&)$%.

I would just refuse to accept package and dispute any charge with credit card. Consumers dealing with mail order companies have the power on their side in these disputes.
