After reading aboout a couple of hammers breaking I e-mailed Harold Shinn about my concerns. Harold invited me to send back my hammers for replacements even though they had not actually broken. I received the replacements a couple of days ago and am extremely happy. Harold exhibited the type of customer service and concern that is rare in the semi-auto industry. FSE products are top notch and I would not buy from anyone else.
