No, this note's actually positive. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered one of the "Zero-climb" muzzle brakes from Entreprises "specials" page. The price was good($12.95), the web site easy to use, received e-mail confirmation in short order, happy as a clam. A few days later, I received an e-mail stating that the special price offer had expired on the 15th (I ordered on the 22nd)and that the price was back up to $30+, so sorry. I replied back as you might expect, disgruntled to say the least, pointing out that I wasn't my fault that the "specials" page was still available, and to please cancel my order. Lo and behold, the next day I received an e-mail apologizing for the error, absolutely they would honor the special price, and asking if I would still like to complete the transaction, to which I said yes. In summary, what could have resulted in a flame session actually resulted in a decent experience, and I'll do more business with them in the future. I've read mixed reviews about Entreprise, and so I thought I'd throw in my two cents.
Out of curiosity, I've read a few reviews about them, anyone have any opinions about the "Zero-climb"? This is my first one.

I have a zero climb break and it works really well as compared to the DSA break I bought that just sits on the end of my other FAL and does nothing!

I have done business with Entreprise and they have improved over the years. I have several of their product and have noticed that over the years their FAL receivers have evolved from crapy to a contender with DSA's.

The only problem that people have had is the lock up between the upper and lower sometimes is loose! Mine were lock solid and so I have no complaint as some of the other members here.

Keep your powder dry and have fun!

I agree with crapgame on the "Zero-climb". It's a good muzzle brake and I noticed a difference between my R1 with it and CaptainCandy's G1 with a naked barrel. The G1 is quite a bit lighter than my R1 but I don't think that can account for all of the difference. Even at $30+ I'm happy with it.

I've had nothing but good service from Entreprise. I've had all my FALs built by them and I have another 6 in queue.

The Zero-climb brake works great in reducing both felt recoil and muzzle-rise. The only drawback is the gas venting to the sides. It'll blowdry the hair of the shooter in the next lane. :D

Thanks for the posts everyone. Our Zero Climb muzzle brake has been well received by all of you. Ken is right. The only place to be when one of our brakes are around is behind it. Enjoy your brake Desert Rat.
