I have had several bad deals with IO. When YOU receive the items that you ordered you need to call for a return authorizatin number. Then notify the credit card co. The owner only looks at problems/returns twice a month I was told. That is why you need to contact the credit card co. You have time limits. Otherwise you are out! I personally believe that he makes more on the 20% returm fee than on the items that people eat do to his way of business. ORDER FROM ANY ONE BUT IO :eek:
