around $250 TBH

since they arent interchangeable with factory 1911 parts the value is rather low.

It possibly has been refinished. The Rigaud were originally blued with a very good polish on the metal. The gun will accept 1911 barrels and magazines, and recoil spring and plunger, and barrel bushing.

They are worth $300 to $350 if matching and in working order. It's a very nice pistol. Lots of pistols don't have parts that interchange with 1911A1s, it doesn't mean they are of low value. BTW, more parts than you might think do interchange as mentioned before. One thing to check is the sear. When cocked, can you easily put it on safe or do you have to pull the hammer back a bit to do it? If you have to pull the hammer back more than it's cocked position, it needs a new sear and they about impossible to find.

That is good information. Thank you for posting it. My Ballaster Molina has a very smooth fire control group.
