View Full Version : Upside-down rollmark - would you pay extra for it?

I just saw a Remington 700 that had an upside-down rollmark on it, the "Remington 700" on the left side of the receiver was struck upside-down.

$550 for a .30-06 Remington 700 deer rifle (looked like a BDL, should have paid more attention) is a little more than I'd like to pay, but that's the first time I've seen an upside-down rollmark on a gun.

Anyone else?

Ya could pay for it with upside down dollars... I would make them discount it, for being incorrect.

That would be pretty fun to have

Is a broom handled Wauser worth more than a Mauser?

A good mate of mine had an officer (makes it sense) give him a lecture on his "Harker Pale M82 Sniper Rifle"......the mate was a sniper at the time.....

It's a rifle, not a rare coin.

I vote no.

I'd ask for a price reduction if I really wanted the gun.
