Swinging Steel that shows hits?????

The other night I was watching on of the gun shows on cable and they had a program about a 3 gun match at Ft Benning put on by the AMU. During the long range portions of the match, the rifles engaged steel plates. The plates swung back and forth and as they moved they cause a white plate on top to move up and down uncovering a red plate. Instant verification of a hit and nothing to reset down range.

Anybody got any idea how to build one? Plan, etc? Or is there a source of pictures?
