Anyone using TAC for loading for their FALs ? Thought about trying it out .

I've used it for M-14 loads, but no FAL loadings or bolt gun loadings yet.

It's my favorite .308 powder.

What's your recipe for the M14 ?

I'm deployed, so I don't have my load book with me. But, here's what I'm sure of:

Sierra 168gr HPBT (will be changing to 175)
LC Match brass, various years, some M852(?) knurled stuff
Federal 210M match primer (will be changing to CCI #34, or whatever the large rifle hard primer designation is they use for NATO loads)

I don't remember if the powder charge was 40.5 or 42.5, I can't recommend either obviously since I don't have my loadbook. But, bear in mind that it was in military brass.

What a sweet shooting load it made, though - very consistent in speed, although I only checked 100 yard accuracy.
