IMR4227 ~Aside From 30 Carbine, and 7.62X39 any other uses?
Hogdon HS-6~ Anyone use it? What do you like it in?
IMR4831~ Same as above
IMR4198~ Ditto
imr4350~ I have of course heard of this and the Others, But I have never loaded with them.. I can get DATA out of my Books, BUT I want the sweet Loads pepes are Using.. I may let some of this go IF I don't loead these Calibers?
Also got a Full pound of IMR3031. That of couse will be easy to use up..
Now as far as Bullets go.. Anyone used these?

OK Mike, I'll give it a shot.
IMR4227~ I've used it in .22 Hornet & .25-20 WCF though it wasn't all that special. IHMSA shooters loved it for .44 Mag. and others.
HS-6~ My .45 ACP carry load 9.5 grs., CCI 300, Mil. case, Speer 200gr. HP (flying ashtray), have used it in other pistol loads (alot like Unique as far as middle of the road loads in magnums, fairly heavy loads for autos)
IMR4831~ .30-06 Elk load 58.0 grs., CCI 200, WW case, Nosler 180gr. Partition
IMR4198~ .25-20 WCF 12.0 grs., WSR primer, R-P case, Rem 86gr. SP; Suppossed to be good in .45-70 (I haven't tried it yet)
IMR4350~ My most accurate .30-06 hunting load 56.0 grs., CCI 200, WW case, Speer 165gr. BTSP; Works well in my .270 54.5 grs., CCI 200, Fed. case, Horn. 130gr. SP (but my rifle prefers the Hodgdon version); I've used it in .338 Mag., Horn. 250gr. SP (not totally satisfied), I'm currently working with it on a .338 Mag. Barnes 210gr. X bullet load; I've also used it in .22-250 and .257 Robts.; Its one of my favorite powders.
4350 & 4831 are large kernal extruded powders and don't meter well, I feel each charge should be weighed. Because of there pressure curve they don't play well with Garands.
Hope this gives you some ideas.

IMR4227 useful in magnum handgun cartridges as well, 45 Colt in High pressure guns. Ok for reduced loads in rifles
Hogdon HS-6, same as the discontinued Win 540, I use it in 40 S&W, and 9mm, magnum shotshell applications
IMR4831, over-bored magnum rifle loads, I load in 300 WBY, 7mm AI, and 6.5x55 swede
IMR4198, 7.62x39, light bullets in 222, 223
imr4350, ideal for 30-06 with heavier bullets

I got poor results from 4350 in everything I tried it in. Doesn't mean your rifles will dislike it.
Loaded some .357 with 4227 ONCE. Hot Hot Hot.
4198. Not worth a damn. Send it to me for 7.62 x 39.
3031- great for .303 and .30-30. Loads in other stuff as well. Popular powder.
I would use 4831 in '06 but I have standardized to 4895 for '06, .270 and .308.

I've never used that particular Sierra bullet before, but I've got a 6.5-06 that would sure gobble them up! Interested in trading for anything? LMK.

I use to load 4350 in my 300Win mag (with great results) till it got almost impossible to get out here, I stick with AR2209 and 2213 (Mulwex = Aussie made) powders in it now.
