What are you going to reload rifle or pistol? Rifle then I say fine with the RCBS. Pistol I like the dillon Square deal Progressive press.

gonna reload both, but I am not a high volume pistol shooter. I like to handgun hunt as well as CCW weapon practice.I only shoot 200-300 rounds of pistol a week---thanks--Tom

10,000 to 15,000 per year is pretty high volume in my book.
I shoot a couple hundred rifle and pistol on each trip to the range but I don't get to go that often.

If you know what you are doing then the rates of loading go about like this
Rock chucker single stage press 100 rounds per hour
Dillion 450 square deal is 450 pistol rounds per hour
Dillon 550 is 550 straight wall cases an hour but only about 350 rifle cases if you trim and champfer
Dillon 650 is set to do 650 rounds per hour with all the attachments
Dillon 1050 the same 1050 per hour.
Figure the time and money you have and buy good stuff..
