Odd headstamp...

I'm in the process of reloading a big batch of 5.56 ammo. I ran across a couple of hundred cases that I'm in doubt about. The headstamp is C J 8. The C is at 10:00, the J is at 2:00 and the 8 is at 6:00. The primer is crimped using 3 stakes. The cases are brass, boxer primed. I've done some research and the nearest thing I can find is it might be Norinco 1988. It sized and trimmed OK, i'm just wondering if anyone has run into this stuff before and if it's safe to use.

Yep Chinese, I still have some of it here, I believe it was CJ3 and CJ6 that was blowing case heads and primers. CJ8 while loud and bright was good.
